Following selection of a Licence Application from a list, be it the result of a search or by clicking a button in the detail of another application, PublicAccess will display the details of the selected application. The Application Detail section contains up to six sections, or tabs. The name of each tab indicates the type of information held here.
If a text box contains the information 'no details', it means that the Local Authority does not hold any information relating to this data field. This means that either the information is not contained within the Local Authority data system, or that the field is not relevant to the Application in its current status. e.g. only if the Application has gone to appeal will there be relevant date contained within the date fields for appeal lodged and appeal decision.
The information below should be used as a guide only. The information displayed in PublicAccess may vary between Local Authorities.

Application Reference Previous Application Reference Trading As Badge or Plate Reference |
Unique number allocated to the Licensing Application. If the Application Reference has changed since the Application was created, the previous Reference is displayed here. The trading name of the business, if applicable. Reference relating to a Badge or Plate number. |

The address associated with a Licensing Application. Click the 'property details...' button to view associated property details (available only if property details are present). The message 'There is no additional property information linked to the address of this Application' indicates that the address of this Planning Application does not link to a known property location in the local authority. Due to this fact, it is not possible to link to any additional information associated with this property. The button named "View all related addresses" is present if there is more than one address associated with this Application. Pressing the button will produce a list of these addresses. |

Date Local Authority validated the Application. Date that the Local Authority sent a letter indicating the Application's invalidity. Date by which the response to the Application should be made. Date by which the decision on the Application should be made. Date of expiry of the most recent consultation on the Application. Date that the Case Officer made the recommendation on the Application. Date of the most recent hearing on the Application. The date that the decision was made on the Application. Date that the licence was issued. The actual commencement date of the licence. Date that the licence's renewal is due. Date that the licence was revoked. Date that the licence was suspended. |

The Additonal Details tab contains further information on the application. The contents of this tab differ per Application. If there are no Additional Details, this tab will not be shown.
The Related Info tab contains links to any related Committees, Events or Activites. If there are no related records of each of these types, the links will not appear. If there are no related records of any type, this tab will not appear.
The Associated Documents tab contains any
images, photos or documents that are associated with the Application.
Please Note: Before selecting the 'View Download' button to view the associated
document, the user should consider the amount of time the document will take to
download and be displayed on screen. The larger the file size, the longer it
will take to download the file. With an internet connection of 56Kbps (standard
internet connection speed for home PCs), assume approximately 3 minutes to
download a file of size 1000 Kilobytes.
